Report shot errors
Send us a shot report when a reading looks wrong or a shot has an error.
Open Sessions and tap the shot you want to report.
Tap the ••• menu beside the shot title, then choose Report Error.
In the prefilled email, describe what went wrong and what you expected, then tap Send. Your shot details are included automatically.
